The accuracy level of the pressure transmitter refers to the maximum allowable error range of the difference between the pressure value and the reference value output by the pressure transmitter under certain conditions. According to international standards, the accuracy of pressure transmitters is generally divided into 0.1 class, 0.2 class, 0.5 class, 1.0 class, 1.5 class, 2.5 class, 4 class, etc. The corresponding measurement error ranges for each level are as follows:
Class 0.1 accuracy class: The permissible error range is ±0.05%. It is suitable for high-precision pressure measurement, such as chemical industry, laboratory, precision instruments and high-precision control systems and other important occasions.
Class 0.2 accuracy class: The permissible error range is ±0.1%. It is suitable for industrial occasions with high general requirements, such as compressors, pumps and some mechanical equipment.
Class 0.5 accuracy: The allowable error range is ±0.25%. It is suitable for general industrial pressure measurement and flow, liquid level and other parameter measurements.
Class 1.0 accuracy class: The allowable error range is ±0.5%. It is suitable for general industrial control and measurement of pressure, liquid level, flow rate and some measurement parameters.
Class 1.5 accuracy: The allowable error range is ±0.75%. It is suitable for general atmospheric pressure, air flow, heating furnace, fan and other industrial occasions.
Class 2.5 accuracy: The permissible error range is ±1.25%. It is suitable for rough industrial control and measurement of atmospheric pressure, liquid level and flow rate.
Class 4 accuracy class: The allowable error range is ±2%. It is suitable for large-scale equipment, pipelines and low-level instruments with low requirements.
When selecting a pressure transmitter, the pressure transmitter with the appropriate accuracy level should be selected according to the requirements of the actual application, weighing the accuracy level and cost.
TXYS general-purpose 2088 pressure transmitter uses 316L material diffusion silicon pressure core as a sensitive element, built-in processing circuit, after computer automatic testing, and uses laser resistor adjustment process for wide temperature and sensitivity compensation, the sensor millivolt signal is converted into standard voltage, current signal output, can be directly connected with computers, control instruments, display instruments, etc., there are 0.1 grade, 0.2 grade, 0.5 grade accuracy level optional.
